Amazing place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and pets allowed. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with taxi tips during my first stay. Definitely recommend it! I'll be back for Christmas.

The staff at La Quinta were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was impressively clean and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The hotel's location provided convenient access to key attractions in the Chattanooga area, making it ideal for my work-related visit.

I stayed at La Quinta in Chattanooga for one night in the Executive Queen Room. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that offered a great night's sleep. I appreciated the mini-fridge, perfect for storing leftovers from my trip. The location was super convenient, just a short drive to Lookout Mountain and local attractions. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and less friendly than I expected. I only had three towels when I needed five, and when I asked for more, I felt like my request was met with some annoyance. The breakfast, while decent, could use a bit more variety. Overall, the facility was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, but the staff's attitude and the breakfast options could definitely be improved.

Cleanliness could use significant improvement, especially in bathrooms!!! Maintenance of in-room amenities should be prioritized, such as efficient functioning of air conditioning units!!! Navigation through the hotel could also be more intuitive!!!

The room featured air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a walk-in shower. The fitness center was a nice touch after a long day. Breakfast included homemade yogurt and scrambled eggs, which were satisfying. The location was convenient for attractions, just a short drive away.

I had a pleasant stay with my family, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for accessing local attractions. The breakfast area was spotless, and we loved the variety offered. However, it would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended to accommodate late risers.

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired!!! !!! Stained furniture, unpleasant smells, and unclean bathrooms need attention!!! Elevators out of service create unnecessary inconvenience!!!

The BEST part of my stay was the clean and comfortable room! 😍 I did notice the breakfast could use more variety. it was a good experience!

this hotel is a gem for pet owners! the staff is friendly and the fenced area for dogs is a lifesaver. lovely clean rooms, and the breakfast is a nice touch, just watch the timing!

The location near Lookout Mountain makes it easy to access beautiful outdoor scenery in a short drive. The spacious rooms provide a good level of comfort and cleanliness, perfect for winding down after adventures.

The feather pillows felt like sleeping on rocks, and the beds were on the hard side, impacting comfort significantly. A shower is the only option, and without skid treads in the bathtub, it’s a slip hazard. Additionally, noise travel between floors was a real drag. foot traffic above echoed throughout the night, making it tough to catch some z's. A particular inconvenience was the ant infestation we dealt with during our stay. daily spraying didn't help as they kept on coming.

The room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. I felt super comfortable in my spacious Executive King Room, and the location made it a breeze to explore nearby attractions like Ruby Falls! Not to mention, breakfast every morning was a delicious bonus to kickstart our adventures.
